2000 year old mystery hidden in the bottom Amazon river

Amazon forests contain many secrets and the humans have not been able to uncover everything that is found there. Every now and then some secret or the other keeps coming out from here.

Recently, a two thousand year old secret came out from a river here when the water of the river started descending. The local people were surprised to see this, after which when scientists investigated it, they found out that the shape of these faces is related to a time two thousand years old.

After the water receded in the Negro River of Amazon a few days ago, suddenly the shapes of different faces started appearing on the surface of the river and on the stones present there. These facial shapes were of humans. However, looking at their shape, it seems as if the maker has tried to depict something. Actually, when you look at these faces carefully, you will know that there is a different emotion on every face.

The place where these facial shapes were found is near the Praia das Lajes Archaeological Site, near the Negro River in the Amazon. Such shapes were seen here for the first time in the year 2010. Jaime Oliveira of the Brazilian Institute of Historical Heritage says that many types of faces have been found at this site. Some of these are round, some square and some oval.

The most surprising thing is that you will see completely different expressions on every face. Some of these figures are in relief, while some figures are made on the surface of the stones.
