Massey feels excruciating pain in her right leg. The pain becomes unbearable even when somebody touches her leg with a tissue forget about moving or walking.
According to a report published in the New York post, Massey faced this condition during a family holiday in Fiji. Blister on her right leg got infected there and she began to experience severe pain. She was diagnosed with CRPF which is a rare and incurable disease which causes chronic and extreme pain.
In a post, she described her agony and said "it's all sharp, it's burnning, it's tingly. It's all sorts of different pain I never knew was possible,".
According to media reports, Bella with her mother, went to the USA for treatment but she did not get the treatment because it is too expensive. For this, her mother organised a GoFundMe campaign to arrange money for her treatment.
Massey has to use a wheelchair for movement.
