Poster row: Singham Yogi Adityanath chases Ayub of Peace Party

Gorakhpur: The minority cell of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has once again circulated a controversial poster depicting party MP Mahant Yogi Adityanath as a cop chasing national president of Peace Party Dr Ayub.

The poster seems to have been circulated in retaliation to the statement of Dr Ayub in which he had dubbed Adityanath as terrorist, few days ago in the rally of Nishad community. An FIR in this connection was also registered against Dr Ayub.

The members of Hindu Yuva Vahini had also protested against this.

The poster says:

• Yogi Adityanath as a policeman.
• He is chasing Dr Ayub.
• It has the caption of ‘Ab Ki Baar Yogi Sarkaar’.
• Only Yogi can stop Hindustan from becoming Pakistan.

Irfan Ahmad, the former member of minority cell state executive says, it was wrong to dub Adityanath as terrorist and such people do not have place in Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier, several such controversial posters have been circulated by the minority cell and on number of occasions they have even demanded to project Yogi as the Chief Ministerial candidate for coming Vidhan Sabha election in Uttar Pradesh.
