Case filed against Priyanka Chopra and some others

Varanasi: A case has been filed against Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra, Bhojpuri actor Nirahua and six others in the Varanasi district court in connection with their film ‘Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi’.

The petition was filed by Neeraj Singh, who had earlier sent a legal notice to them which went unanswered.

Neeraj in his petition has alleged that he had sung the song Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi in 2002 and he held the copyright of this much famous song. Adding, some objectionable songs have also been added in the film.

The court has fixed July 4 as the next date of hearing.
