UP CM Yogi Adityanath to hold three rallies in West Bengal

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, will be holding three rallies in West Bengal on Tuesday. These rallies will be at Purulia, Midnapore and Bankura. On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be kickstarting a grand campaign in the poll-bound state as well.

CM Yogi in West Bengal:

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will join the Bharatiya Janata Party’s campaign for the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections from Tuesday.

CM Yogi Adityanath’s name is on the list of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) star campaigners for West Bengal. He will address a dozen election rallies in the state. News agency ANI reported that he will also campaign in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Elections to 294-member West Bengal Assembly will be held in eight phases from March 27 to April 29.

Assam will face a three-phased poll from March 27 to April 6. The results will be announced on May 2.

Actor Mithun Chakraborty, who joined the BJP at the Prime Minister's rally on Sunday (March 7), has been made one of the star campaigners of the party in West Bengal.

Earlier in the Bihar elections, people had seen Yogi Adityanath’s prowess as a campaigner. He influenced the results on more than 75 seats in Bihar elections by 19 meetings in 17 districts.
