Yogi Adityanath in Moradabad: ‘UP is no fiefdom of dynasts’

Lucknow/Varanasi, August 18. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that when I think about the youth, it seems that attempts are made to question the talent of the youth, and it saddens me that there was never a period when the youth did not contribute their talent and energy to society. If we look at India's history, we can see that the youth have always been involved in various activities. Even Lord Rama, the embodiment of noble qualities, comes to mind as a symbol of youth power. In ancient times, great personalities like Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, Gautam Buddha, and many others were youth when they made significant contributions to society.

CM Adityanath made these remarks on Friday in Varanasi. He participated in the inauguration program of the Youth-20 Summit organized under the G20 framework at Rudraksha International Convention Center, Sigra. Chief Minister expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Varanasi's Member of Parliament for providing Uttar Pradesh with the opportunity to host various summits associated with the G20.

He emphasized that the youth are the future leaders and their participation is crucial for building a better world. He mentioned that throughout history, young individuals like Swami Vivekananda, Subhas Chandra Bose, Rani Lakshmibai, Mahatma Gandhi, and many others played significant roles in shaping the nation. He highlighted the importance of nurturing the talents and capabilities of the youth through various initiatives like Startup India, Standup India, and Atal Innovation Mission.

CM Adityanath also praised the cultural and spiritual significance of Varanasi, which has been a center of art, literature, and education. He acknowledged the city's rich heritage and its role in promoting unity in diversity. He mentioned that Varanasi has been a place of great historical figures such as Lord Buddha, who delivered his first sermon at Sarnath, and Guru Govind Singh, who initiated the 'Sava Lakh Se Ek Ladaun' campaign.

Furthermore, he stressed the need to recognize the potential of the youth and provide them with opportunities to contribute positively to the world. He mentioned that the G20 summit serves as a platform to engage with the global community and address pressing issues.

CM Yogi Adityanath concluded by saying that the G20 Youth-20 Summit symbolizes the essence of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' and reinforces the belief that the youth have the potential to shape a better future for humanity."
