Girl raped and burnt alive by cousin brother in Bulandshahr

Bulandshahr: In a shocking incident, a youth raped his cousin and then set her on fire in Sikanarabad area of Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh.

Rajesh, the accused also sustained burn injuries in the incident and both of them were rushed to the hospital, Superintendent of Police (SP) Ram Mohan Singh said.

The incident

• The incident happened on Friday last in the wee hours.
• The girl succumbed to her burn injuries.
• The girl had come to her sister’s house.
• Police has recorded the dying declaration of the girl.
