Tanzil Ahmad Murder Case: Police seal Muneer's house in Bijnor

Bijnor: The Uttar Pradesh police on Saturday sealed the house of suspected killer of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) officer Tanzil Ahmad and his wife as he continued to evade arrest.

“Muneer’s house was raided by the police and its belongings were seized at the behest of the Bijnor district court,” confirmed Superintendent of Police (SP) Subhash Singh Baghel.

The ‘property-attachment’ order was issued by the district court of Bijnor after the prime suspect of the case remained at large for almost a month.

Earlier, the police had appealed to the district court for issuing ‘kurki’ order and a non-bailable warrant against the hitman.
