Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on the occasion of Baisakhi, said Sikh religion gives a message of sacrifice and service. Yogi on Thursday said instead of getting indulged in any dispute countrymen should work for the nation.

“We should avoid getting into any dispute and put efforts for the welfare and betterment of the country,” said Yogi Adityanath at Lucknow Gurudwara.

He also felicitated in Gurdwara Gurteg Bahadur Sahib here and offered prayers.

UP CM said Guru Teghbahadur and Guru Gobind Singh were dedicated to the nation and everyone should take inspiration from the sacrifices of Guru Tegh Bahadur.

Putting stress on working by rising above caste, religion and untouchability, he said we should remain united for uplifting the country.
