UP govt issues helpline number for state people in Saudi Arabia

Lucknow: On the guidelines of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, NRI Affairs department of the state has started a helpline for people hailing from the state among Indian nationals who are facing unemployment in Saudi Arabia.

The helpline number – +91-8005140000 – will remain active 24*7.

State spokesman said the information would be gathered via helpline number and transferred to the Ministry of External Affairs by the state government.

He added that the problems of UP people would be resolved as soon as possible.
