Lucknow: Discussing the importance of Human Rights Law organisation JUSPRUDENTIA at Amity International School organised its first Pt. Kanhaiya Lal National Conference on Human Rights on Sunday. Apna Bharat and Newstrack were the official partners of the conference.

Chief Guest Cabinet Minister Uttar Pradesh Government Rita Bahuguna Joshi inaugurated the conference by lighting the lamp. Minister of Law and Justice Additional Energy Resources and Political Pension Uttar Pradesh Government Brijesh Pathak, , Prof Nishith Rai, VC Dr. Shakuntal Mishra National Rehabilitation University, Prof Preeti Saxsena, BBAU, Ratibhan Tripathi, Senior Journalist, senior advocate Brijesh Shukla and Mukta Banrjee, Principal Amity International School Mr. Shail Shakya Asst Professor was also present on this occasion.

Addressing the conference Prof. Rita Bahuguna Joshi said that human rights are a very big topic and after the Second World War the world focused on this subject. A respectful life, shelter, food and livings for all without any discrimination are desired. Any law or system cannot assure this till the time when every individual have respect human rights personally. She said that as the becoming part of law system and budding advocates you have to work to save the human rights.

Founder president of Jusprudentia Shubham Tripathi welcomed the guests said that Human rights are the biggest issue which directly related with citizens and called Kanhaiya Lal Misra Bhishma pitahmah of legal fraternity.

Prof. Nishith Rai said that if we respect the rights of others and not violate them. He said that government has to improve the legal system so everybody get justice in time.

Law Minister Brijesh Pathak said that only law cannot prevent everything citizens also should have to be aware about their rights as well as their duties. He said that discussion and conversation is the only way to solve the issues. Violence never gave any solution.

Further in the conference issues related with human rights including domestic violence, Animal rights, Triple Talaq, child labour, Gender Issues, Women Empowerment, Acid attack etc. discussed.

Participants from different law institutes across the nation including Lucknow, Noida, Dehradun, Rajasthan, Aligarh, Allahabad, Hyderabad, Orissa and Kochin participated and presented their research papers.

The founder president Shubham Tripathi of Jusprudentia acknowledged the presence of all dignitaries for their gracious blessings. The organising committee has done their meaningful contribution. The organizing team comprises of Shubham Tripathi, Ashwani Singh, Gaurav Shukla, Gaurav Pandey, Utkarsh Mishra, Ritu Saxena, Nancy Srivastava, Gunjan Bhagchandani, Manish Mishra, Shivam Tiwari Srijan Sinha Abhishek Pratap Singh,Ashish Singh Parihar,Dipansh Saxena,Sarvesh, Anubhav and others were present.
