IAS Navneet Sehgal resumes office after being discharged
It may be recalled that Sehgal, who also holds the charge of principal secretary information and publicity, met with the accident on November 18 last when he was returning to Lucknow after overseeing the preparations for the inauguration of the country's longest expressway-- Agra to Lucknow
Lucknow: IAS officer Navneet Sehgal, who had suffered serious injuries in a road accident on Agra-Lucknow Expressway last month has resumed his official work.
The CEO of Uttar Pradesh Industrial Expressways Development Authority returned to Lucknow last week after being discharged from the Medanta hospital in Gurgaon. He stated that initially he would work from home and later joined the office.
The officials, pleased with his speedy recovery, stated that with Sehgal back to work, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's dream project, Poorvanchal Expressway, is expected to be finalised soon.
