Lucknow: IAS officer Navneet Sehgal, who had suffered serious injuries in a road accident on Agra-Lucknow Expressway last month has resumed his official work.

The CEO of Uttar Pradesh Industrial Expressways Development Authority returned to Lucknow last week after being discharged from the Medanta hospital in Gurgaon. He stated that initially he would work from home and later joined the office.

The officials, pleased with his speedy recovery, stated that with Sehgal back to work, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's dream project, Poorvanchal Expressway, is expected to be finalised soon.
