Muslim clerics have said that Islam was not against teaching of English and termed as ‘propaganda’ the reported expulsion of a student by prestigious centre for Islamic education, Darul Uloom at Deoband in Uttar Pradesh’s Sharanpur district.

Ulama also accepted it that every institution has their own rules and regulations. No institution give permission to their students to take education from somewhere else. He said that the order of Darul Uloom Deoband was mispresented because of conspiracy.

Every madrassas is already teaching English to their students even Darul Ullom Deoband also teaches English to their students. The translation of Quran Majeed is available in Hindi as well as in English also. In this way English is not against Islam.

If you talk about Uk, USA then the mode of teaching in madrassas are English. It should be assured that in which context the notice was passed in Darul Uloom Deoband to its students. Without knowing the real reason behind this it is not right to spread this kind of propaganda. Stated by Maulana Khalid Rasheed Farangi Mahali, Imam of Idgah and Chairman Islamic Center of India.

Every institution has their own rules and it does not give permission to get education from any other institutions. Students have to study the course which mentions in their syllabus.

According to Maulana Sufiyan Nizami, Spokesperson Darul Uloom Nizamia Farangi Mahal, it is spreading false information with a propaganda that Deoband expelled their students on getting English education. This is completely misinformation about madrassa.
