Hindu Leader Murder Mystery: Killed by wife and her boyfriend

Lucknow Police solved the murder mystery of Hindu outfit leader Ranjeet Bachchan. Five days after the killing of Hindu Mahasabha leader Ranjeet Bachchan, the Uttar Pradesh police and the special task force (STF) arrested the shooter involved in the murder from Mumbai.

Mystery solved by Lucknow Police:

In investigation, police found that Ranjeet's wife was involved in this entire case. His wife Smriti planned the whole scenario with her lover. In interrogation, Police found that she wanted to marry her boyfriend but she was facing the problem in taking devorce from Ranjeet Bachchan and that is why she planned to kill her husband.

The police team got the leads from the phone call history. After checking out the phone calls of Ranjeet's wife whole story came in light. Smriti was Ranjeet's second wife and was trying to break her realtion with her husband from very long.

Bachchan, the leader of the right-wing Hindu outfit was shot dead on Sunday while he was out on a morning walk, barely a couple of kilometres away from the high-security Uttar Pradesh legislature complex in most secured area.

Ranjeet Murder Case:

Although she was unable to get married. Smriti planeed with her boyfriend to do this dangerous act and to get Ranjit out of the way. This murder mystery became a challenge for the Lucknow Police. They traced footage of over 70 CCTV cameras during the investigation into the murder. It was then revealed that Smriti's boy friend was also involved in the murder.

After the murder of Ranjeet two PRV Policemen, and three other police officers were suspended from their posts. A cash reward of Rs 50,000 for providing information was announced.
