Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow organized its First Two-day Annual Doctoral Colloquium on December 10-11, 2021. The theme was "Emerging Management Practices in the New Normal".

Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow organized its First Two-day Annual Doctoral Colloquium on December 10-11, 2021. The theme was "Emerging Management Practices in the New Normal".

It included paper presentations, 3-min Thesis Presentation and several workshops. The colloquium was an opportunity for the Doctoral Scholars ofJaipuria and other participating National and International institutes to listen to and interact with eminent academicians of international repute.

Dr. KavitaPathak - Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, in her welcoming address applauded the participants and stated this Colloquium to be a milestone towards unleashing potential opportunities, also this foundation will act as a strong backdrop for future academic and research endeavors.

Professor Stewart Clegg, UTS Business School University of Technology, Sydney in his keynote address, spoke about Covid-19 pandemic anditsimplications in the new normal.

Other speakers at the colloquium included Dr. Amandeep Dhir, Professor Research Methods, University of Adger, Norway, who delivered a session on "Theory, Method and Research";

Dr. Rameshwar Dubey, Reader-Operations Management at Liverpool Business School, UK,who delivered a Session on "Editor's perspective on quality publications"; Dr. Ravi Pappu, Associate Professor, Leader - Marketing Discipline at UQ Business School, Brisbane, Australia whoconducted a workshop on 'Experimental Research Design' ; and Dr. Saumya Tripathi, Certified Mental Health Professional and Behavioral Training Expert, who conducted a workshop on 'Mental health: Coping strategies for Doctoral Scholars'

This First Annual Doctoral Colloquium-2021 was Convened by Dr. Pallavi Srivastava (Chairperson) and Dr. RichaSrivastava (Co-Chairperson),Fellow Programme in Management, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.
