Congress-SP to woo voters with slogan 'UP ko ye saath pasand hai'

Lucknow: In a move to woo the voters of Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party and Congress are coming with campaign slogan 'UP ko ye saath pasand hai'. The slogan has been prepared by Congrees political strategist Prashant Kishore.

The slogan sounds quite similar to Salman Khan’s song ‘Baby ko bass pasand hai’.

The slogan will be officially announced on January 29 in a meeting which will be joined by Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, SP President Akhilesh Yadav and his wife Dimple Yadav.

Earlier, Samajwadi Party on Sunday announced formation of coalition with Congress for Uttar Pradesh assembly polls.

It may be recalled here that PK had given ‘Apne Ladke Banam Bahri Modi’ slogan during Bihar elections.
