Clash between Yogi supporters and a group of people in Sambhal

Sambhal: The anger in the irritated non-supporters of newly made Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath came out while some of his supporters accidentally rammed their bikes into a group of people on late Saturday night.

The incident took place when some of the supporters of Yogi were holding a motor-bike rally to celebrate his appointment as the UP CM. One of the bikes accidentally collided with a group of people in a Muslim dominated area which led to outrage among the ones who were present in the area.

People started throwing stones at the bike riders, critically injuring three of them. The police immediately took stock of situation after coming to know about the clash. Circle Officer, Police Superintendent and Senior Superintendent of Police, along with the police officers from different stations, also went to the hospital and met the injured Yogi supporters.

The BJP workers have protested against the incident and asked the administration for immediate arrest of the attackers.
