Lucknow:As much as the population increase, so does the garbage and the waste products produced by the people.

Use of plastic product has become a daily need of human. Whenever we go for shopping, we use plastic bags. Use of soda cans and water bottles are common. But,one thing that we forget while using plastic products is that it also cause great harm to the environment. It is not only harmful for humans but it creates problems to plants, animals and wildlife.

If we use paper bags for shopping and if we avoid using of plastics as much as possible that we can help to save our environment from its ill effects.

1-Keep yourself away from using plastics

Chuck plastic products like grocery bags,straws, coffee cup lids, disposable cutlery and you will help environment to make environment plastic free.

2- Stop buying water bottle

Carry a reusable bottle in your bag and try not to buy water from shop. This will be one of the major steps taken by you to make help your environment.

3- Say no to microbeads products

The little plastic scrubbers found in facial scrubs, toothpastes and body washes is very harmful for us. Try to use products with natural exfoliants.

4- Try to have homemade food

Eating homemade food will not only keep you healthy but it will also help in reducing plastic pollution as many of the restaurants serve in plastic cutlery and also pack food items in plastic boxes.

Try to keep your clothes in fabric bags instead of plastic bags.

It was naturally made from tree sap called chicle. But as soon as scientists created synthetic rubber, polyethylene and polyvinyl acetate, it replaced natural rubber. Now, this chewing not only affect society but it is also harmful for us.

Ignore using plastic knives,spoons and plates as it is unhealthy for you and environment too. If your favourite restaurant keeps plastic ware, start keeping your own utensils.
