Want to have paid sex, keep your Aadhaar card ready!

Panaji: Aadhaar cards were introduced to legalise the financial transactions but pimps are using it to run their illegal flesh trade.

A group of five men travelling to Goa for a bachelor party have found out that the pimps in the city are demanding the Aadhaar details of the customers to verify their background before providing them the escort service.

The men had a contact in the city whom they called to hire five girls. The contact demanded their Aadhaar cards via WhatsApp, and a photo of their room keys with the hotel tag.

All this legal proceedings are made for the illegal business just to verify if the customers are not police decoys and are not conspiring to conduct a raid.

As the New Year 2018 is approaching, the flesh trade is expected to rise in Goa, thus, the pimps are trying to as safe as possible during this time.
