Lucknow : The city has its own smell, blended with the aroma of its cuisine. If you are a true Lucknowiite, it is for sure that you would have tempting taste buds and a nose for smelling the flavours of the delightful dishes.

Be it the Kebabs from ‘Tundey Kebabi’ or the Biryani from ‘Raheem’, if you are a nawab of this city, you cannot stay away from the mouth-watering platter that the place has to offer.

But, the city which is considered as the heaven for the foodies, does not only offer the non-vegetarian numbers, it has much more recipes added to its menu. So, if you are a little upset for not being able to find ‘Nahari Kebabs’ or mutton anymore, switch what you have never tasted and we bet you would end up licking your fingers.

For every Tundey we have one Sharma, for every Raheem we have one Vajpayee. Lucknow, which is famous for its culture and ‘Kebabs’, also offers you the best of its ‘Aloo Tikkis’ and ‘Pav Bhaji’.

Ever tasted the combination of hot, spicy and aromatic ‘Chole Bhature’ with glass full of white, cold ‘Lassi’ filled with all the dry-fruits you could imagine. It is no wonder that Lalbagh observes traffic jam in the morning because of the morning tea lovers gathering at Sharma tea stall to get one of the best ‘Samosas’ with hot tea smelling of fresh ginger and cardamom, that would surely tempt you to close your eyes and inhale as much aroma as you can before finishing it.

Lucknow does not end here, the Nawabi city has much more to explore if you are a true foodie.

Check out in slides ahead about where you can turn your cars to, if you find a non-veg point shutter-down and believe, you will turn to the veggie delights again and again…
