Hindu Jagran Manch distributes 'Love Jihad' pamphlets in Agra

Agra: 'Love Jihad', the cuss word which was instrumental in sparking off the most-infamous Muzzafarnagar riots in 2013, has reached the 'city of immortal love' Agra ahead of Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

The right wing organizations like Hindu Jagran Manch, which have pronounced ideology close to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), are indulged in pamphlets war in Taj city. The content of the pamphlets is the warning points to Hindu girls as to how are they trapped in the vicious circle after they marry Muslim boy.

The pamphlets are being distributed in the communally sensitive areas as well. The local authorities are aware of this which may snowball into law and order situation.

Javeed Ahmad, the UP Director General of Police, when asked, told 'newztrack.com that where ever such things are taking place will be dealt with a heavy hand. '' Nobody will be allowed to disturb tranquility and communal harmony of the state,'' he added.
