Lady washes off her jeans with Jackpot Lottery Ticket in pocket
London: Never did Susanne realize that a pocket of her jeans which she washed in a washing machine had the jackpot winning lottery ticket kept in it.
The claim of Susanne Hinte, a resident of Worcester, London, went unheeded that she inadvertently washed the jackpot winning lottery ticket which she had placed inside the pocket of her jeans.The 48-year-old argued,though in vain, that the date and the bar-code were washed off the ticket but the numbers were intact and visible.
Susanne searched for her ticket after the announcement of the lottery result and found it in the pocket of her jeans that she had lately washed. The ticket was badly worn off by the time she found it.
