Chandigarh: In a shocking revelation, the Panchkula Police on Saturday said that they have come across several such call details in which the Dera Sacha Sauda Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh followers were told to be ready for spreading violence.

Confirming the same, Panchkula Police Commissioner AS Chawla said, "Various phone calls have been traced in which some people were telling others to gather outside the Special CBI court at Panchkula and resort to violence."

"We have gathered this information through some technical means. Our next task is to ascertain if the violence instructions were being sent out by the Dera officials or not. The matter needs thorough investigation but prima facie it looks that the Dera directors were behind the ruckus that left over 30 people dead," he added.

Using the information, he has assured to arrest the culprits soon.
