At present, users are able to share files up to 100 MB. WhatsApp is testing 2GB file sharing in Argentina on beta versions of both iOS and Android apps. The new feature can be seen on Android versions 2.22.8.5, 2.22.8.6 and 2.22.8.7 of WhatsApp beta, while on iOS beta versions 22.7.0.76.
