UAP (Unidentified Anomalous phenomenon) which is commonly known as UFO (unidentified flying object) has been one of the biggest mysteries for the scientists for many decades. Now, US based space agency NASA will use better technology and artificial intelligence to study this rare and mysterious thing.

Earlier, NASA had established an external independent study team in June 2022 to study the data and resources related to the UFOs and find a way to shed light on their nature. Now its much-awaited report has been released by the agency. NASA experts claimed that there is no evidence that aliens were behind such events after studying hundreds of UFOs sightings.

According to some reports, UFOs were seen more than 800 times in last 27 years. There were 247 reports received about UFOs by US defence department between March 5th, 2021 to August 30th, 2022.

NASA Administrator Bill Nelson admitted that there were possibilities of another Earth with billions of stars in billions of galaxies. He said, "If we accept this as a possibility, those objects would have travelled through our solar system to reach here."

The report however did not clarify that whether extra-terrestrial life existed or not.

According to the reports, AI and machine learning are the essential requirement for the study. These techniques will work over the special data.

NASA has also appointed a new director for UAP research, but the name is not revealed. According to a report of BBC, Dr. Daniel Evans, Assistant Deputy Associate Administrator for Research, NASA, claimed that UAP research panel members had received threats earlier. Therefore, for the safety of the team, the name of the UAP Research Director will not be revealed.
