Microsoft’s Orca AI launched

Tech giant Microsoft recently unveiled plans to launch AI language model ‘Orca AI’. It is designed to solve the limitations of small models by following the logical processor of GPT-4. Orca can be used for special tasks and can be trained using GPT-4 large language model. Orca is also called Orca 13b because of the number of machine learning parameters.

Orca’s work:

  • It doesn’t need many computing resources to run and operate.
  • It is capable to learn explanations, step-by-step thought processors and other complex instructions.
  • It can be compete with the ChatGPt on Big Bench Hard Benchmark.
  • It can also solve the question papers of academic exams such as the SAT, LSAT, GRE, and GMAT.

It is not an open source now but soon it can be. The company did not say any final date to launch it in the market but due to its work compatibility it can be launch soon.

Currently, Microsoft is working on several AI projects and investing in AI tools that will enhance its products and services. And the Orca Project is another step in this direction.
