Mastering Google Messages: 7 Tips and Tricks You Didn't Know Existed

Google Chrome is one of the most commonly used Internet browsers on both mobile platforms and PC. The browser has a new feature from the search engine company, which will benefit online shopping enthusiasts. With the new feature, the price change of a product can be tracked. This means that purchases will be easier after the price is reduced at a discounted price.

New Chrome feature called 'Track Prices'

Google Chrome users have been given the new feature called 'Track Prices' with which they will be informed about the low price of the product of their choice. In this way, users will not have to go through a long process of frequently visiting shopping websites to refresh pages and track prices. Users will be able to choose the product whose price changes are tracked and will be given updates from the chrome browser.

Changes in the price of products to be shown on the tab grid

Price changes will be shown with a new overlay on the tab grid. Users will be shown overlay on each tab and product for many products that appear in different tabs. In this way, it will be easier to track the prices of many products simultaneously and not everyone will need to go to a different URL. However, this feature has to be unlocked before using it.

How it works?

The track price feature is currently available to Android users and to start using it, you have to open the Chrome app and tap on the three-dots menu. Among the options that appear here, you have to choose 'Track Price' and this option will be seen only when the Google Chrome app is updated to the latest version. The feature, which is currently rolling out only in the US for Android users, can later be made part of other devices.

Update Google Chrome Browser

Google has also asked all Chrome users to update the browser to the latest version immediately. It has come to light those users can be remotely attacked due to the existing flaws. Remote attackers can run and damage the orbiter code on the target system due to a flaw in the browser. The attacker can then steal personal data and spy by installing malware on the device.

Do this for better privacy in Chrome

Chrome is a flexible and open-source browser, i.e., Google has allowed independent developers to give privacy-focused experiences. If you want better privacy in Chrome, you can download such extensions by visiting the Chrome Web Store. With these extensions, you get different privacy functions. Some extensions also automatically delete browser cache and temporary website data.
