Tech giant company Apple had released an iPhone series in September this year including iPhone 15, 15 Pro etc. Now the users are complaining about heating problem in this phone.

The company claimed that regular background activities are the reason behind this. "We have found a bug in iOS 17 which is affecting the users. This will be okay after software updating", company said.

The company also claimed that the third-party applications like Instagram, Uber and Asphalt 9 are the reason behind these things.

According to a report of Forbes, Instagram had rolled out a new feature on September 27 to avoid heating problem.

Many other users also said that the titanium body could be a reason behind this because this was the first time when company made an iPhone in titanium metal but the company has rejected this claim.

Apple had launched iPhone 15 series on 12th September in its Wonderlust event. 128GB variant of iPhone 15 pro has fixed Rs1,34,900 while 256GB of Pro Max was decided of Rs1,59,900.

In a report, the company has promised to resolve this problem soon.

"The device may feel warmer during the first few days after setting up or restoring the device because of increased background activity," the company said.

The company however said that users who are using charging adapters of the speed of more than 20 watts can also a reason behind its temporarily heating than the usual.

Yet, its not clear that when the new update will be rolled out to solve this issue.
