Kumble-Kohli duo will lead India to great heights in Tests

New Delhi: Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh, who shared dressing room with Anil Kumble for long, feels that Kumble-Kohli duo will lead Indian Cricket team to great heights.

He also applauded new Indian coach Anil Kumble on Friday and called him India's greatest ever match-winner in Test cricket.

During an interview to a leading agency, he said-

• With no disrespect to anyone, Anil Kumble will forever remain India's greatest ever match-winner in Test cricket.
• He will bring the hunger to win in this team and India’s test skipper Virat Kohli will get to learn a lot from the man himself.
• Virat doesn't believe in draws and neither did Anil bhai.
• He will be Virat's ideal friend, philosopher and guide.
• Under Anil Kumble, boys will learn the art of winning Test matches on fourth and fifth day.

Anil Kumble’s first assignment will be India’s upcoming four-test matches’ series in West Indies.

He was selected among 56 aspirants including Ravi Shastri and Chief Selector Sandip Patil who had applied for the post.
