England batsman Jos Buttler gets engaged

London: Belligerent England batsman Jos Buttler has apparently got engaged to an unknown girl during the Christmas season 2016.

The 26-year-old middle-order batsman made the revelation through a picture on social networking website Facebook.

Buttler, who was recently in India for the five-match Test series between the home team and England, returned to his country to celebrate Christmas before the beginning of the ODI series in India.

The wicketkeeper-batsman shared a picture of a girl's hand which has an engagement ring in the ring finger. He captioned the image, "She said yes!". In another picture, Buttler posed with his fiance whose name is yet to be known.

The image shows a beautiful lake in the background which apparently is the place where Buttler proposed his lady love.

Well, Buttler was among good performers from English side during the Test series which his team lost 0-4 to India. The three-match ODI series between India and England is scheduled to begin from January 15, 2017.
