'My heart goes to you': Shane Watson's Heartfelt Note To Suresh Raina

Chennai Super Kings cricketer Suresh Raina on Saturday pulled out of IPL 2020, citing personal reasons. Raina has decided to return home from UAE. He will not be participating in the upcoming season of IPL, which kicks off next month.

Shane Watson:

In a recent video uploaded on his official Instagram page, CSK star all-rounder Shane Watson shared a special message for Raina.

“Hello everyone, I wake up this morning with a very bad news that Suresh Raina is heading back to India for personal reasons. My heart goes to you. I hope you are doing okay, mate,” Watson said.

“All players, all fans, want it to go ahead. I’ll do whatever we have to do to make sure that IPL goes ahead,” the former Australia batsman added.

Suresh Raina, who announced his international retirement on August 15 along with MS Dhoni, travelled with the team to Dubai on August 21. The members of the squads are in isolation.

IPL 2020 starts on September 19. And was moved to UAE this year due to the rising COVID-19 cases in India.
