God of Cricket stands by the side of Women in Blue in World Cup final

London: The Indian Women's team got the support of none other than the God of Cricket himself on its biggest day in history. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar kept a close eye on the first inning of the final of ICC Women’s World Cup 2017.

He poured lots of praises over Jhulan Goswami, the most experienced bowler in the squad, for picking up three wickets for mere 23 runs in 10 overs. She also bowled three maiden overs.

On the very first wicket, taking by Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Sachin Tendulkar tweeted, "Crucial break through... Come on India!!! #WWC17 #IndvsEng."

He then praised Jhulan for taking her first wicket in form of Sarah Taylor, who was looking good at 45 runs off 62 balls.
