Kingston: West Indies destructive batsman Chris Gayle has made a comeback in the side. Caribbean selectors have recalled the star batsman for the lone T20 International against India, to be played on July 9.

Gayle has replaced out-of-form Lendl Simmons. Lastly, the left-handed batsman was seen in West Indies jersey during ICC World T20 2016 last year.

Other big names in the side include Sunil Narine and Kieron Pollard.

In the ongoing five-match ODI series, Indians are leading with 2-1. Men in Red will put their best to equal the series in the 5th ODI while Virat Kohli led Indian team will look for another series win.

The one-off T20 game will be played on Sunday at the Sabina Pak in Jamaica,

West Indies squad for one-off T20I vs India: Carlos Brathwaite (c), Samuel Badree, Ronsford Beaton, Chris Gayle, Evin Lewis, Jason Mohammed, Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard, Rovman Powell, Marlon Samuels, Jerome Taylor, Chadwick Walton (wk), Kesrick Williams.

India squad: Virat Kohli (c), MS Dhoni (wk), Shikhar Dhawan, Kedar Jadhav, Dinesh Karthik, Ajinkya Rahane, Rishabh Pant, Yuvraj Singh, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
