Asian Games 2023: India won 2 medals in roller skating, After women’s team, men's team also won

Indian contingent continued to shine in the Asian Games 2023 being played in China.

India started the ninth day of the Asian Games on 2nd October by winning a medal in roller skating. The Indian team got this medal in the women's speed skating 3000-meter relay race. Indian men's team also won the bronze medal in speed skating 3000-meter relay race. With this, India's total medal count has increased to 55.

On Monday, October 2, the ninth day of the Asian Games, the team of Sanjana, Kartika, Hiral and Aarti won India's first medal. The Indian women's team finished third in the speed skating 3000-meter relay race with a timing of 4 minutes 34.86 seconds. In this way the Indian women's team got the bronze medal.

Shortly after this performance of the Indian women's team, the men's team also won the bronze medal in the speed skating 3000-meter relay race. The quartet of Aryan Pal, Anand Kumar, Siddhant and Vikram won this medal with a time of 4 minutes 10.1298 seconds.

With these two medals on Monday, India's total medal tally in the Asian Games 2023 has reached 55. These include 13 gold medals. Along with 13 gold medals, India has won 21 silver and bronze medals each. Host China remains first in the medal tally with a total of 248 medals including 136 gold.

Te Indian women’s cricket team and hockey team had already bagged the gold medals.
