New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party MP Subramanian Swamy on Saturday targeted newly appointed Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra saying she suffers from bipolar disorder and can physically abuse people.
BJP senior leader Swamy, in an interview said that "Priyanka suffers from a disease that is not appropriate and apt in public life, the name of that disease is bipolarity, which reflects her violent character and overall image, she thrashes people. The public should know when she is likely to lose mental balance, as nobody can predict it.”

Ever since, the Congress party has appointed Priyanka Gandhi as party General Secretary of eastern Uttar Pradesh, Priyanka has become the talk of the town. Where some have welcomed her in active politics others are criticizing her for one or the other reason. In such political conjuncture, Chief Minister Adityanath on Friday had said that her entry into politics would not improve the Congress party’s prospects in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Another opposition leader, Vinod Narayan Jha, made a sexiest comment, claiming Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has a “beautiful face, but holds no political achievement.”
For those who don't know what Bipolar disorder is, it is also known as manic-depressive illness. It is a disorder of the brain that causes unusual shifts in mood, energy, activity levels, and the ability to carry out day-to-day tasks.
