Ram Vrikhsa had filed case against UP CM Akhilesh and others

Agra: Ram Vriksha Yadav, the mastermind the Jawaharbagh violence of Mathura, has once filed a petition against six people which also included Uttar Pradesh Chief Minsiter Akhilesh Yadav, Samajwadi Party (SP) Supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and Shivpal Singh Yadav.

Yadav, in his petition, has accused them of acquiring property worth several crores of rupees. The district court, however, rejected the petition after a hearing.

The case:

It all started after May 18, 2012 after the death of self styles godman Baba Jai Gurudev.

Yadav had accused UP CM Akhilesh Yadav, SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, Shivpal Singh Yadav and five other for kidnapping Baba Jai Gurudev and acquiring properties worth more than Rs 10,000 crores.

The petition was filed on May 11, 2014.

The district court, however, rejected his petition on May 17, 2014.
