Rajasthan Chief Minister designate Bhajanlal Sharma used to sell milk at one time. His life started with agriculture. Bhajanlal completed his journey to become Chief Minister through studies and politics under challenging circumstances.

For Sharma nothing came easy. Although life for him was not so easy, he always got the benefit of having a strong hold in the organization.

This was the reason why he remained the State General Secretary from 2016 till now. Bhajanlal, the third among four siblings, used to help his father in agricultural work. He is the only son of Kishanswaroop Sharma.

Bhajanlal's ancestral village is Attari of Nadbai assembly constituency. His political journey started from the post of Sarpanch in the year 2000. In the year 2003, he contested elections from Nadbai assembly constituency, but lost. Those close to him say that Bhajanlal comes from an ordinary family.

He also worked as a milk seller for some time. After leaving the village, he lived on rent at a house located in Krishna Nagar Housing Board of relative Rameshwar Contractor in Bharatpur, where he reared cows for some time.

Those close to Bhajanlal Sharma say that his life was always full of simplicity. When he became the District President of Bharatiya Janata Party in 2009, he bought his first four-wheeler. Before this he used to travel by bike only. Because his entire family was dependent on agriculture. Even the agricultural land was not so much that it could support the livelihood of the entire family.
