After the oath taking of the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister, now preparations for the formation of the cabinet in the state have started.

BJP has also started consultations regarding reshuffle in the BJP organization. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is canceling his Govardhan program and going to Delhi on Sunday. It is believed that top leaders of the central leadership will discuss the formation of the cabinet with the Chief Minister.

The cabinet is to be formed and reshuffled in its organization keeping in mind the caste balance and regional balance. The representation of Jaipur and Ajmer districts has been decided in the Cabinet and Assembly, but no representation from other areas has been decided yet.

The high command is considering the areas from where BJP has won more seats. Those areas may be over-represented. The high command has also given instructions to pay special attention to caste balance in the formation of the cabinet.

The role of RSS is also going to be important in the cabinet and organization reshuffle. On the other hand, on Saturday, the Chief Minister reached CMO early in the morning and remained busy in meetings throughout the day.

Work is also going on at a rapid pace regarding reshuffle in the BJP state organization. Other castes including Jaat, Meena, Gurjar have not got representation in the cabinet. In such a situation, a leader from these three castes or any Rajput leader will be given big responsibility in the organization. At present, the party has to decide whether to make this reshuffle this month or after the Lok Sabha elections.

After giving temporary charge to three officers in the Chief Minister's Office, the first permanent appointment has also been made on Saturday. RAS officer Yogesh Srivastava has been appointed OSD to the Chief Minister. Srivastava was earlier working on deputation as Deputy Secretary in the Lok Sabha. Along with this, four IAS officers working in the Chief Minister's Office have also been made APO.

Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's principal secretaries Kuldeep Ranka, Gaurav Goyal, Aarti Dogra and Rajan Vishal have been made APOs.
