Rahul Gandhi targets Modi Govt:

Leaders of the Congress and several other opposition parties took out a march on Tuesday demanding revocation of the suspension of 12 Rajya Sabha MPs who were suspended for the remainder of the winter session for "indecent conduct" in the Rajya Sabha during the monsoon session of Parliament.

Opposition leaders took out a march from the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Parliament and reached Vijay Chowk. Rahul Gandhi interacted with the media at Vijay Chowk and accused the government of intimidating, threatening.

Rahul Gandhi said, 'It has been 14 days since the suspension of opposition MPs. The government does not allow debate on the issues on which the opposition wants to debate in Parliament. Wherever the opposition tries to raise its voice, the government tries to silence them by intimidating, intimidating and suspending them. This is the murder of democracy.

The Congress MP said, 'There should be a debate in the Parliament. All issues should be debated. But we are not allowed to debate what we want to do. If we want to raise questions on the government, the government does not allow us to do so.

Govt is afraid: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi said, 'There are three to four such issues about which the government does not even allow to be named. This is not the right way. The government is suppressing the voice of the opposition. The Prime Minister does not come to the House. He has not come since 13 days. This is not a way to run a democracy.

On Tuesday, the Rajya Sabha meeting was adjourned till 2 pm due to the disruption caused by the opposition members who were adamant on the demand to revoke the suspension of 12 MPs of the opposition. Due to the uproar, the Zero Hour could not be completed in the Upper House.
