PM in Greater Noida: Modi blames Congress for not fighting terrorism
Recalling the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, Prime Minister Modi criticized the then ruling government for not launching counter terror attack on the accused. he said there are reports that Indian armed forces were ready to avenge the carnage, but were not allowed to act.
Lucknow: Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, on Saturday, inaugurated the 6.6-km Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section, saying he was happy to see that his Uttar Pradesh was finally changing.
He also congratulated CM Yogi Adityanath for breaking the 'Noida curse'. According to the political myth, any chief minister who visits Noida steps down from the power shortly. In 1988, Vir Bahadur Singh lost his post days after visiting Noida. Subsequently, his successors, ND Tiwari, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Mayawati and Kalyan Singh also suffered the same fate.
