The possible expansion of the cabinet of Mohan Yadav government in Madhya Pradesh may take place on Tuesday.

According to the reports 16 to 18 new ministers can take oath in it. Along with the Chief Minister, two Deputy Chief Ministers have already taken oath. They too have not been allotted portfolios yet.

It is expected that with the expansion of the cabinet, departments will be distributed to all. However, now the green signal for expansion will be given after the meeting of former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan with BJP President JP Nadda. Shivraj Singh Chauhan has also been called for a meeting. Earlier this meeting was to be on Monday evening, but due to the changed circumstances in Delhi, the time of the meeting has been changed.

Till now, there has been no response from Chief Minister Mohan Yadav or the government regarding who is to be included in the cabinet. But people associated with BJP estimate that 16 to 18 new ministers will be made and with two Deputy Chief Ministers this number will become sufficient.

Those who are being considered to be in the race to become ministers also include leaders who left the post of MP and became MLA. However, former Union Minister Prahlad Singh Patel and National General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya are still hesitant to become ministers. He has told the party to give himself another role, but it is believed that the party can make him a minister.

The names doing the rounds include Kailash Vijayvargiya, Prahlad Patel, Rakesh Singh, Rao Uday Pratap Singh, Riti Pathak, Tulsi Silavat, Pradyuman Singh Tomar, Govind Singh Rajput, Vishnu Khatri, Hemant Khandelwal, Nirmala Bhuria, Pradeep Lariya, Sanjay Pathak.

BJP also wants to decide the role of Shivraj Singh Chauhan. The party has fixed Narendra Singh Tomar in the role of Assembly Speaker. He has also filed his nomination today, his election will be unopposed.
