Modi LIVE: PM lays foundation stone of Kashi Vishwanath temple corridor

New Delhi: Ahead of upcoming Lok Sabha Elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Friday, reached his parliamentary constituency Varanasi, where he laid foundation stone of the controversial corridor to the temple, which starts from Kashi Vishwanath temple and ends at the banks of holy Ganga.

Modi is also scheduled to visit Kanpur and Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh and will inaugurate several development projects in the state.

Later in the day , Modi will unveil the Panki Power Plant and inaugurate a section of the Lucknow Metro Rail through a video link, in Kanpur. He is also expected to lay the foundation stone for the Agra Metro Rail Project before addressing a public gathering. In Ghaziabad, PM Modi will inaugurate the Dilshad Garden- Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda) section of the metro and flag-off a train from Shaheed Sthal station.
