Talking about West Bengal, Nandigram assembly constituency is very much discussed here. Here CM Mamata Banerjee is in the fray against her former colleague Shuvendu Adhikari. Prime Minister Narendra Modi urges people to vote in large numbers in second phase of assembly polls in Assam and West Bengal to strengthen festival of democracy.

A woman polling agent of BJP was allegedly killed by TMC workers at booth number 173 in Keshpur today and a BJP candidate from Keshpur assembly seat was vandalized in the car of local BJP leader Tanmay Ghosh saying that due to TMC violence, fair and fair The election is not taking place peacefully.

Before casting his vote in Nandigram, Shuvendu Adhikari said, 'This time BJP and Vikas will win. A wave of change is going on all over Bengal. Mamta Banerjee's government did so much unemployment, votes are being held against it. There should be 80-85% voting and there should be no violence.
