Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh estate department has reduced the number of SUVs in the fleet of former Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav, and has shifted the same to the fleet of Mayawati and Rajnath Singh, who also were the former CMs of the state, but were only allotted Ambassador cars.

The order was passed by the UP estate department on July 3. It also divulged that Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav also has a Mercedes in his fleet.

The order revealed that Akhilesh till now had a Prado (bullet-proof) and five Isuzu SUVs in his fleet, but now three of his Isuzu SUVs have been replaced by Ambassador cars. Now, he will be left with a Prado, two Isuzu SUvs and three Ambassador cars.

Two of the Isuzu SUVs have been allotted to Rajnath Singh while one has gone to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati. The three Ambassador cars included in Akhilesh's fleet have come from Rajnath (two) and Mayawati's (one) fleets.

The order further revealed that Mulayam was till now having a Mercedes, an Innova car and four Isuzu SUVs. Now he will be left with the Mercedes, two Isuzu SUVs and three ambassadors.
