New Delhi: Former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid has said that the UP elections will be fought under the leadership of National General Secretary and state in-charge Priyanka Gandhi. The party will not enter into alliance with any party. She will enter the electoral fray on her own. Therefore, a manifesto will be made in every district regarding the issues there.

Priyanka Gandhi to lead in UP Election:

Talking to the media at Maharaj Agrasen Bhawan in Lohamandi on Sunday, Khurshid said that the party will fight the elections on its own with full strength. Responding to a question, he said that the party is opposed to the agriculture bills from the very beginning and is supporting the farmers. On the question of the party's vote bank being scattered in the state, he said that we are going among the people and working to connect them.

In response to a question, the Congress leader said that we have become active in UP at the right time. The BJP let Kabul get out of hand overnight. Khurshid said that party leaders would reach every district and prepare a manifesto after taking information about the problems and issues there.

Congress National Spokesperson Supriya Shrinet said that only on the instructions of National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, she is listening to the problems among the people. These issues will be given place in the manifesto. There are many issues including unemployment, women's security, mismanagement during the corona period, inflation.

Congress's election manifesto committee convenor Salman Khurshid, Supriya Shrinet and Rohit Chaudhary reached village Tora in Tajganj and inquired about the problems faced by women. From ration card to treatment in the village, information was obtained.

Suggestions for congress workers:

Congress leaders consulted senior leaders at Maharaja Agrasen Bhawan from 11 am to 4 pm and met people from different sections and took their suggestions. Learned about the issues and problems of Agra. Aamir Bhai Aloo Wale told the problems of potato farmers. The delegation led by Ramashankar Sharma Advocate suggested the issue of establishment of High Court Bench at Agra. Former District President Dushyant Sharma suggested regarding the issues of High Court Bench, Barrage, Airport.
