New Delhi: From tax rebate upto Rs 5 lakhs to Rs 6000 cash perks for farmers, the interim budget presented by the Narendra Modi government aimed to target the poor, middle class and farmers ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2019.

BJP, on one hand, is calling it a 'budget for all' but the opposition party leaders are finding the interim budget another set of lies (zoomla) by the Narendra Modi government.

Here's who said what about the Budget 2019-20

Piyush Goyal: Yet again the Modi government has proved that the dreams & aspirations of the Youth, Poors & Farmers matter the most! I congratulate our honourable PM Narendra Modi Ji.

Yogi Adityanath: All sections of the society incl farmers, middle class, poor and women have been mentioned in this budget. This budget will help achieve the dream of a New India.

Amit Shah: The budget has met the expectations of farmers, labourers & middle class. By bearing a cost of Rs 75,000 crore, the government will implement Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. This scheme will also benefit those farmers who do not take loans.

Rajnath Singh: It’s a historic budget, and all the sections of the society will benefit from it.

Babul Supriyo: I congratulate PM Narendra Modi Ji & Piyush Goyal ji for giving the Nation a holistic budget benefiting farmers, poor & middle class and giving thrust to Digital India, Infrastructure & Defence.
