New Delhi: The BJP's national executive meeting is going on and will end at 3 pm. PM Modi will give mantras on how to make the party better to the members of the executive body across the country.

BJP National executive meet today:

BJP General Secretary Arun Singh gave this information on Saturday. This meeting is happening directly after one and a half years due to Corona. According to party sources, in view of the blow to the party in the recent by-elections in some states, a new strategy for the upcoming by-elections of five states is likely to be considered. This one-day meeting will begin with the speech of National President JP Nadda and will end with the concluding speech of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Focus on 2022 assembly elections:

In the meeting, the issues of the party in West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan will also be discussed afresh. A BJP leader said all important issues would be discussed in the meeting. The party can also pass a resolution praising the central government for its success in dealing with the covid pandemic.

The party will also praise PM Modi's initiative for the vaccination campaign and development of the country and his successful foreign travels. In the meeting, there will also be a discussion regarding the tremendous jump in the economic activities of the country, the record GST collection.

The party has said in a letter sent to the state units that in view of the covid-19 protocol, BJP state president, state general secretary (organization) and members of the state's national executive concerned will attend the meeting virtually from their respective state party offices. At the same time, national office bearers, union ministers and members of the national executive, leaders of Delhi will directly participate in the meeting on November 7 at the NDMC Convention Center.

Elections are to be held in these states next year:

The agenda of the meeting includes discussion on upcoming assembly elections and other topical issues. A total of seven state assembly elections will be held in 20222. Elections in five states - Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur - will be held early next year, while elections in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat will be held at the end of the year. Except Punjab, BJP is in power in all these states.
