BJP National President JP Nadda has taken the lead to end the rebellion among BJP workers and leaders in Rajasthan. With the release of the first list of candidates for Rajasthan elections, the tone of rebellion in BJP has intensified and demonstrations were also held at many places. Meanwhile, Nadda took meetings of Udaipur and Jodhpur divisions on Monday. He met party officials as well as different leaders and workers. Nadda held a meeting with party officials in Udaipur division in which Vasundhara Raje Scindia was also present.

Nadda took charge:

In the first list of BJP candidates, tickets of those considered close to Vasundhara Raje Scindia have also been denied, due to which her supporters are angry and they are expressing this openly. Due to Raje's presence in the meeting, speculations are being made that the party is trying to convince her and is talking about the formula to end factionalism. In the meeting, 28 seats of Mewar were discussed. In the last election, BJP had won 15 of these seats.

Meetings to end rebellion in Rajasthan:

Nadda met more than 500 leaders and workers in Udaipur and Jodhpur divisions. These included former party MPs, former MLAs and officials of different fronts. Nadda also discussed with district presidents and former district presidents. There are a total of 33 seats in Jodhpur division, out of which in the last elections, both BJP and Congress had won 15 seats each.

BJP has so far announced its candidate for only one seat here and he too is facing opposition from the workers. BJP hopes that the angry workers and leaders will be convinced. A BJP leader said that it is natural to be angry at not getting the ticket but the party will convince them and everyone will contest the elections together. Elections are on November 25 in Rajasthan and BJP has just released the first list of 41 candidates.
