Azam Khan to pitch in his younger son in politics

Rampur: Uttar Pradesh Parliamentary Affairs Minister Azam Khan on Saturday announced his younger son Abdullah Azam Khan as his political heir.

“My son Abdullah will try his hand at politics in the 2017 UP Assembly elections contesting from Rampur’s Suar Tanda constituency. Moreover, an official announcement in this regard will be made by Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and UP CM Akhilesh Yadav,” said the senior SP leader while interacting with newsmen in Rampur.

Azam Khan's reaction to 'Reliance Jio' advertisement featuring PM Modi:

• It is shameful that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been promoting a tycoon’s brand.
• I think it is extremely condemnable that the PM is using his popularity to advertise a private firm’s product.
• Either Modi should resign for this act or the businessman should be sent behind the bars.
