Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who was summoned in the alleged liquor scam of Delhi, has once again refused to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on January 3.

He sent a reply to ED declaring the summons illegal. He has said in his reply letter that a conspiracy is being hatched to arrest him to prevent him and his party from participating in the process of Lok Sabha elections to be held in the month of April-May.

Meanwhile, security has also been increased outside the official residence of CM Kejriwal. Aam Aadmi Party has expressed apprehension that Arvind Kejriwal may be arrested. At the same time, BJP is attacking Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal.

Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj spoke to the media at the party office today regarding the issue of Arvind Kejriwal. He said that Manish Sisodia has been arrested for 1 year. They (ED) have not been able to gather any evidence against Manish Sisodia and now preparations are being made to arrest Arvind Kejriwal. Continuous efforts are being made to arrest all the opposition leaders of the country.

Many cases come up against BJP leaders but no action is being taken against them. BJP was campaigning against everyone from Suvendu Adhikari to Mukul Roy, Pema Khandu, Ajit Pawar, Himanta Biswa Sarma and then they have joined BJP.

ED had issued a third notice to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asking him to appear on January 3. Earlier, despite receiving notices twice, he had not appeared before the ED. Continuing this sequence, Arvind Kejriwal has not appeared before the ED for the third time.
